Constantly messing things up, not informing me of paticupart issues and just generally not giving a **** about helping. Had my business insurance cancelled because they didn't receive info and didn't get ahold of me for 6 months and now says they won't reinstate lol. Fail. Stay clear of this fail company, very crooked"

"I have been with this agency for almost 9 years. I have always did my part, but for some reason they seem to no longer care about their customers. I have been dealing with an issue for 4 months and it still continues. They are saying next month. I will see at the 5 month mark how it goes. This problem should not have escalated to this long of a time frame. Just sad!"
