"I’ve been with Jim Hanlin for 5 or 6 years. What i payed for I received. I make my monthly payments on time. They send me information I need to return in timely matter. I was in a car accident. They put me in a rental as was an option with my insurance policy. Sarah and Shannon. I speak to mostly have been very respectful as I’ve been to them. "I think 1 star is to many. They will never give you an answer to your questions you will get the run around. They will tell you they will call you back and you will never hear from them again and then when you call them they like to have an attitude. They only tell you what you want to hear and you will get lie after lie. I have asked 3 times to have my information switched to another state farm agency and Shannon wants to tell me that my agent is not in office and she doesn’t know when he will be in because he has no set schedule. so she can’t send over my information and she doesn’t know when it will get switched. she is extremely rude and really doesn’t sound like she knows what she’s doing. stay away from this place!!"

"Sarah saved me. I was at the secretary of state office trying to add a policy online while trying to get a plate for a new car. Unbeknownst to me the online registration takes a couple of days. I called my local office and Sarah made some kind of tech magic happen and it took 10 minutes to get the new policy taken care of. So thankful."

"I have been with them for around 10 years and the past few years have really went to hell. Constantly messing things up, not informing me of paticupart issues and just generally not giving a **** about helping. Had my business insurance cancelled because they didn't receive info and didn't get ahold of me for 6 months and now says they won't reinstate lol. Fail. Stay clear of this fail company, very crooked"

"I have been with this agency for almost 9 years. I have always did my part, but for some reason they seem to no longer care about their customers. I have been dealing with an issue for 4 months and it still continues. They are saying next month. I will see at the 5 month mark how it goes. This problem should not have escalated to this long of a time frame. Just sad!"

"Went on website for quote, says no need to contact office, called office 1 week ago, no contact back, and final kicker just stopped in there an no one there but agent on the phone to busy to even acknowledge a new prospective client. Going elsewhere."
