"A very lousy Agent/office and an even more lousy company that claims to be "a good neighbor." They are only good for over charging you for your policy and offering zero help with the simplest inquiries. I never felt heard during my interactions with the employees and they are good at providing conflicting statements. Amongst the many terrible experiences I've had with this office and State Farm in general for the past 4 years, I cannot receive a refund for my last policy payment which was paid a month ahead despite canceling my policy. I contacted customer service and they were no help either in addition to having inaccurate/conflicting dates for when my policy was initiated or when payments are made. The absolute worst experience and I am glad to no longer have to deal with negativity."
